2. Description of Service

- Market sentiment analysis and aggregation
- Credibility-weighted news and social feeds
- Financial data visualization and analytics
- Community discussion and collaboration tools
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Stocker is NOT a broker, investment advisor, financial institution, or registered investment advisor. We do not execute trades, custody funds, or provide personalized investment advice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3.2 Account Eligibility

- Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
- Service interruptions and downtime may occur
- Data accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed
- We may reset accounts or data as needed for testing
Beta access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Manipulate credibility scores or game trust systems
- Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the Service
- Violate securities laws, regulations, or market manipulation rules
- Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated tools (bots) without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Violating this policy can cost you your account. Content that breaks these rules may be removed, and repeated or serious violations (including market manipulation, credibility-score gaming, or posting illegal/misleading content) can result in suspension or termination of your account (see Section 10, Termination).
5.1 How Content Moderation Works
Every post and comment is screened by a combination of automated systems and human review before, and while, it stays visible on the Service:
- Automated screening. Content is automatically checked for signals associated with the conduct prohibited above — manipulative or misleading financial claims, harassment or abusive language, and similar risk indicators. This includes both rule-based checks and AI-assisted classification for content that needs closer review.
- Human review. Content flagged by automated screening is queued for review by our team, who can restore, restrict, or remove it based on the actual content, not the automated flag alone.
- What happens when content is actioned. Depending on severity, content may have its visibility limited (shown only to the author) or be removed entirely. Where reasonably possible, we notify the author of the action taken and the reason for it.
- You can request a review. If you believe a moderation decision on your content was made in error, you can request a human review of that decision from within the Service. A reviewer will examine the decision and may reverse it.
We don't publish the exact technical details of our automated screening (thresholds, models, or rules) — doing so would make it materially easier to deliberately evade. This section describes how the process works, not the specific signals it looks for.
6. Intellectual Property
